Very good food with a nice bistro feel in an unexpected location. Atmosphere is always lively with families and groups meeting and chatting. Also has a small patio area when the weather is nice outside.

Today was my first time at this place for a quick 1 hour lunch break with a girlfriend. Since she has more time, she offered to order my meal, and I offered to pay when I got there a few minutes after. She went to the counter and ordered, and was given a "pear" placeholder and sat down. I get there and sit with her. After a good 20 minutes or so, I went up to the counter and said I needed to pay for my meal, but haven't received it yet ( I am in a little hurry as I only have an hour) and so the lady let's me pay. So I go sit back down. About 15 more minutes go by, and my friend gets her bowl of tomato soup. I was given a salad ( which might have come with my order, but I didn't order it). Another 10 minutes or so go by, and I asked the lady if I could get my food in a to go box because by this time it had been 45 minutes, and she said it was almost ready. So I waited. The issue is, my friend placed this order 45 MINUTES before. According to the lady, you have to pay for the order before it goes to the top of the cooking line. WHY was my friend given a "pear" as a sign of food waiting for delivery, and why was she given our drinks if this was the case?? When my salmon did come out, it looked great. The "Blackened Salmon" was very good, although it was raw in the middle. Which really isn't that big of a deal, but I did not eat it. The asparagus was not cooked by any means and was hard. Still, flavorful. She said salmon takes 20 minutes ( I know that's BS but that's ok, even with it being cooked "20 minutes" it still wasn't cooked AT ALL in the middle") and I didn't make a big fuss. I never post Google reviews and I am generally a very happy person, but I wasted an hour on a lunch I didn't get to eat. -_-
