I went in wanting to dye my hair purple and the employees were so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and my hair turned out lovely :). Thank you so, so much Jackie and Jesse (I believe the girl's name was Jackie, my memory is the worst so I'm sorry if that's not right!)

This Sallys is probably the worst one in town. I went to get some auburn hair dye, told the worker I was bleaching my hair and she gave me dye that goes over dark hair, and assured me it would go on auburn. Fast forward, my hair is currently neon orange. I went back, and asked a new employee to help me pick a new dye to cover this up, she said look at this while i help other people left, came back 10 minutes later and she said yeah I dont know, it wont color evenly and left to help other people again. The Sallys in the Alamo Ranch shopping center is way better, the employees at this one have no idea what they are doing.

It is too bad to post on google about the manager refuses to believe me , The customer is always right! If u go to buy a car & 4-5 wks it stops working u have the car towed back & either fixed or replaced
Warning! Buyers beware! Dont buy the hair clipper u see here. It does not work! Dont shop at Sallys store 11321 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78250
The manager refuses to believe his customers are honest! He would not help me he is unprofessional and so rude & accused me of lying - told me i had used it when it wont even turn on!
