        We had Smokin AMJ Catering, caterer my nieces wedding the entire meal from cocktail hour to the reception. The servers were professional the food was extremely delicious we had many people complementing their food and the Dino ribs were a huge hit. I would 100% hire them again for other events.

        Saw the smoker trailer in my neighborhood on the way home from work and decided to check it out. 10/10 would recommend. Got the pulled pork sandwich for my wife, the 2 meat (Brisket and sausage) sandwich for myself, and the sausage sandwich for my son. All 3 were amazing. Didn't even need the BBQ sauce. The cream corn was also on point! Soooo amazing!
