        Today I was surprised to find that there was over 1000 worth of overdraft fees. I immediately called and asked why this happened and why not just decline? I prefer they decline charges.They acted like they did me a favor. During this time of Covid, you would think that they would not do this. People are going through things. I asked them to remove the charges and they flat out refused. Just to know that this is the way they will do their customers is utterly appalling and I will be closing my account as soon as possible! Update 9/11/202 . Spoke to another representative to plead my case and they decided to give me at least half my money back. I accepted it as a lesson learned from it and I really appreciated them working with me. I feel that was a very fair decision. Thank you.
