This is the rudest staff I have ever seen. Three employees watch me walk in and stand there waiting for 30 minutes before any of them spoke to me and then I was told I'd have to come back in the morning. In the morning I shall come back and I will close my account and I will take myself to Wells Fargo. My time is every bit as valuable as theirs

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for 20 minutes with no answer. There really isn’t a single person who can answer the phone? You can surely know I will be spreading the word about this.

Service is ALWAYS better at Walzem! They always seem to give me a hard time but when I go to walzem whatever I need they seem to help me with no hesitation.
