I recently had an experience with Annette Canales who was able to complete a commercial loan for me on a ridiculously short timeline. Along with her team of professionals, they were able to execute flawlessly. This interaction led to a fantastic new relationship with Lisa Mochel, our new commercial banker. Lisa asked great questions! She even conducted a site visit while our construction crews were operating to fully understand our process. I have banked with Lone Star for many years.They are very customer service oriented and friendly. I have always found them to be very helpful. Not a big stuffy bank but locally owned and operated.

I have been banking here for some time now, I love how they make you feel like family and you are not an other number like in the other banks. Southern hospitality and great customer service at its finest.
