They have always taken care of us. They did our wedding cake and both our baby shower cakes. We visited several shops in San Antonio and this was definitely in the top 2. Very affordable and quality cake.

Ordering a cake is difficult with this business. Called multiple times, they do not have a voice mail set up. When I was finally able to reach the owner of the business she requested that I text her the photo of the cake that we would like. I sent it 5 different times without any response, also followed up by calls and was told that they didn't come thru to try again. Let a day pass and called again, and then was told that it must be my phone. I asked if I could email the photo. Promptly emailed info, received a response that was timely with pricing, replied immediately that I would like to order and would like to pick up a week later around 3:30. I never received a response after that. Called back the following business day and was told that yes, it would be ready and that she received my last email. I called the day of pick up to verify pick up time. The owner told me that she never received my order and the cake would not be ready. This was for son's birthday. She was very rude and dismissive over the phone. She also felt the need to tell me 2x that this was not her fault even though she remembered speaking to me and I have the emails from her. An apology would have gone a long way and I would not have felt compelled to have written a negative review. They have lost business from a mom and someone who enjoys throwing events. Shame on her for being so rude to a customer. I will not be recommending their services.

Beautiful Wedding cake everything was perfect. same design we ask also the grooms cake was delicious, Roxana was so helpful and undestanding definitely comming back for my Daughter's wedding next year.
