They were really rude to customers, not even go to lie. Lacking the customer service, education, and patience to fully explain how certain things work in the process of modifying your car... I did end up financing the installation of my catback with them, but I almost cancelled because it literally took them two months to call me back. I should've just bought the exhaust in cash and taken it to a regular mechanic, since it would've been installed within the week of the purchase, and half the price of their labor! I am posting this now to show that it was obvious this place was going to shut down... They were too rude to customers, so they wouldn't get recommendations, and no one knew who they were except for the people who knew of their mistakes. One guy came back in fuming one day about his Subaru because his brakes and clutch were so spongy he almost got into a car accident! I almost went back to them because they financed with Progressive, but I ended up going over to Custom Sounds instead to get a real stereo system installed by people who actually have experience in customer service.
