Had an issue with a warranty exchange at another location. Called this branch and was working with Michael. After discussion Michael made the entire process so simple so we went down to this location to get our issue resolved. Thank you Michael for your outstanding customer service.

I was looking for a not so common replacement parts. I was able to come in and first verify that the parts part number was correct. James was very helpful, asking me the right questions, so we got it correct. They had determined that they had one in stock and would have the other delivered to the store by 1:40 the same day. That sounds great to me. I purchased the one and went home to install it. Just as I was finishing up . I got a text. The other was there. Got this repair done in time to enjoy my Memorial weekend.

Came in here the other day to get a battery for my sedan and not only was the staff helpful in finding a option that fit my budget but they also helped with the installation. I want to especially thank Mr. Joe for the help during my visit.
