I always go into direct auto to pay my insurance and it never fails. The person there can never access my account, its so tiresome that I live next door and I have to go somewhere else to pay. The only good out of this is when Ms Gonzales is there she can pull it up. The man there today was like Ill be right with u, Im like sure no problem. So I go shop and come back and wait five more minutes just to tell me he does not have access. He should of asked from the get go
