My tongue could not give enough praises to describe not only the professionalism but the quality of work CarStar displayed when they repaired my vehicle . The entire process was smooth sailing . There were no surprises and the communication was top tier ! Michelle truly went above and beyond, and though car accidents are never fun the process was made a little more tolerable because of the staff and work performed . Who you choose to repair your car matters , and lets just Im glad I chose them and you should choose them too !

I have been working with them and insurance to fix a small bumper repair. I have to constantly follow up with them through phone calls over the last 2 1/2 weeks. They do not call back to update me even with a specific request/clarification do I need to call you back or will you call me back?. Communication between the business and the customer needs to be improved. Timeliness: I understand this is also an insurance issue but the process would have been timely if they would have notated to follow up w/insurance after the usual 2-3 days waiting time for an estimate OR follow up after I called (which they did but it took another 3 days of back and forth). After 2 weeks they finally got the parts ordered and seems like everything will get done now. I will update this after the car is repaired.
