I have had to return my vehicle two times. I found trash/debris in the under carriage panel, the facility did not remove the trash/debris when they presented my car to me the 2nd time. During the 2nd review, I discovered that the fender and quarter panel corners were now lifted away from each other. I mentioned this to the service associate and was told, that the part fit issue would not be fixed. However, this issue was not there when I first looked at my car. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dont waste your time taking your car to this shop!! You will never get updates on the repair! You will have to call multiple times to get a call back! I had my car towed to the shop on October 29th and I didnt get my car back until Dec the 11th. The window that was replaced didnt have the tint replaced and the shattered glass was still all over the window seals. The pin stripe that was removed was never replaced even after talking to Kain multiple times to get it scheduled!!!!! I had to pay out of pocket to get the tint and pin stripe thru the dealership. Worst experience ever!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So I write this review to warn people to avoid this collision center. DO.NOT.GO.HERE First, as a single female, despite professional background, I felt like a second class citizen and they felt the need to mansplain everything. Frankly, its disgusting, especially in this day and age. Next, updates are hard to come by. I waited too long for the process to begin and then for updates after it. Further, the company over promises and under delivers. My completion date was changed no less than 3 times. They were aware that I had a major surgery and would be unable to drive almost a month in advance. They didnt complete the repair by this date despite indicating that they would on multiple occasions. Once, I was notified that my vehicle would by available for pick up at a certain time. I left work to get the vehicle, to be notified 10 minutes in advance that it was uncertain when it would be ready. I was already in route. It wasnt ready until a few days later, HOWEVER. When, I picked up the vehicle, it had a malfunction that any cursory check of the car would have discovered. Additional repairs had to be made on the vehicle. How they handed off a defective repair is very alarming. I caught it versus them. Guess what? No amount of mansplaining is going to negate the fact that they messed up. Perhaps the most unfortunate was the complete lack of compassion or concern the company showed to me. No apology or anything. This despite my disclosed medical issues. My fixed vehicle had to be returned to my personal residence as I was unable to drive with surgical drains. This whole experience was unfortunate and flat out degrading. I seriously wouldnt wish it on my worse enemy!!
