        David was a great help to my grandfather and me. He helped answer legal questions as well as help us prepare important documents. He was flexible and available when we needed to choose times to meet.

        Mr. Rodriguez does not follow up on promises made & has poor communication skills. Hired Mr. Rodriguez to assist me with my mother's Estate. Several times he informed me that he would follow up on issues that were going on with her Estate and never completed taking care of these issues. Dealt with Mr. Rodriguez for 4 years. Reported him to the State Bar of TX only to find out that he had no knowledge of how to accomplish the work needed to assist me in the issues that were going on with my mother's Estate. His failure to follow through into taking care of these issues caused me to lose a portion of my inheritance. Extremely disappointed in his work ethics.
