Michael was my go-to attorney when I worked as Associate General Counsel at a large oil and gas company in San Antonio, TX. I can say I pretty much considered him in-house counsel. I went to him for everything. He gave the best advice for every problem that came up - big or small. He helped me write policies, implement procedures, he helped strategize every response, think through every issue, and I consider him by far the most valuable of all of the outside counsel I engaged when I was at that company.
