Appliance Repair Tech

Do not use Premier Appliance to service your appliances. I called them to service my dryer drum for not turning. The technician was at my place for 15 minutes and told me I needed a new motherboard which Premier Appliances will not replace. Then he charged me $85. I searched and found a motherboard, replaced it, and problem WAS NOT fixed. I call Premier Appliance to please come back out, but they caller ID refused to answer my calls. I then called from my worked phone number and they immediately answered. Gilbert said he would have another technician come out the next day, but it was a no show. I ended up calling another repairman who stated that the belt had simple slipped off the motor drive. This company will scam you out of your money by not fixing the problem. You still are not listening. The motherboard was NOT the problem. It was the belt that came off the motor drive. If your technician would of taken the time to do a fully inspection the problem would of been fixed. I notice you did not mention how you ignored my calls last week and as of today you still have not call me back after 5 voice mails. Listen everyone don’t believe the excuses. I’m warning you to not use this company nor trust the positive reviews. Even the second repairman “who fixed the problem” stated they heard of many complaints from Premier Appliance. Do make a mistake like I did. Avoid this company!!!

I had the repair come out to look at my washer to see if it can be fixed or just by a new one. I had left when he got there but my husband was home. Long story short, I need a new washer and when I got home the front of my washer was all dented in. I don't care if my old washer is going in the trash, you need to respect other peoples property. If this is how they treat peoples property, I will never use them again. Service: Repair washer

We had a compressor issue and paid to have it replaced. It turned out the compressor did not red to be replaced. They were quick to return our check by hand delivery. We appreciate their fast response to our first call and their professional handling of the whole affair. We will use them again. We recommend them to the public. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I had a warranty on a dryer. The home depot had scheduled premier to come out to inspect our dryer but no show. We had got Rescheduled twice by premier. We have tried calling the office multiple times but no answer. The home depot rep aslo called and stated the same thing. So we are now scheduling with someone else.
