I was told my compressor was bad and it was out of warranty. I asked the repair person Frank if he was certified to work on LG refrigerators he replied yes so I authorized the work. After he completed the work, everything was fine. The next day LG called me saying that Frank was ordering a compressor replace mine and they needed me to approve it. LG said the compressor was under warranty and that he needed to be certified to do repairs. I asked for a refund be his solution was to come and remove the compressor and refund the my money find someone else to do repairs. Summary; repairs are working fine but shady business tactics.

We had an issue with our gas oven and they were very professional, prompt, and did a great job with the repair. I would definitely call them again if we have any issues with our appliances.

Frank and David were really great. I called David on a whim because two other repair guys had flaked on me and I had been without a washing machine for a week with a 2 month old baby. You can imagine the amount of laundry I had piled up. David was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Sadly my washing machine wasn't worth spending the money on parts. David put me in touch with Frank immediately. Frank sent me a message and we had delivery set up for the next morning of a very nice refurbished washer. Frank delivered as promised, installed the washer, removed the old one, tested the one he delivered and so far I've done 5 loads of laundry with zero issues. Frank is an excellent appliance repair man. Do not hesitate in calling him if you have a problem. He is honest, knowledgeable and most importantly, will keep you informed. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator over the phone, ask for the model number, made an appointment and showed up on time, with the correct parts and had it running in less than 2 hours. All American Appliance was honest, straight forward and easy to understand. They helped sift through the impossible maze of LG's customer help line who's customer service representatives were rude and impossible to work with. All American Appliance got us through all that garbage and got us what we needed from LG which was a new compressor (not surprising). If anyone is dealing with the same nonsense from LG, get the help from All American Appliance. Service: Refrigerator repair
