Gold Star Washing Machine Services

My husband and I needed our dryer fixed. Mr. Telamantez has serviced washers and dryers a few times for others in my family. We decided to take our business to them. 3 weeks ago He came to our house, took our dryer apart, we gave him money for parts needed. $110 is what he said he needed. It was Friday and he said he would be back on that Monday. My husband and I have been trying to call him often since then. He did not answer. He answered from an unknown number once and told me the parts hadnt come in and to give him a couple more days. My dryer is still sitting there in parts and its just rediculous. Im trying to call and no one answers. Do not trust these people. They are not at all what they used to be!!!!

Mr. T is a kind man, who does quality work, and ALWAYS reasonably priced. He did work for my grandmother, and she gave me his phone number when I had a problem with my washer. Very reliable, reasonable, and good people.
