When I moved out I did a complete cleaning and took a video of every corner in the apartment, nothing was left behind, the apartment was left in a move in condition, and as stated by the lease office at the time no additional charges are due, and the check will be mailed to me, when I checked back after 6 months I was told that the check came back, but now you telling me that I owed money so you can keep the deposit.

I have lived here for about 6 months now. Absolutely love it! The area is nice and peaceful. If any maintenance issue happens it's fixed within a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are spacious and very comforting, would definitely recommend to my friends or family looking to move. I can tell they have been making a lot of improvements around the community including a new clubhouse, gym and now a new fire pit perfect for sipping some wine while unwinding from a long day! When I first moved in I was worried about towing because of all the negative reviews but thankfully we havent had any problems with towing.

First review was 3 stars and now it's been upgraded to 4! (More like 4.3 to be nice). Now straight to the point: Pros: -Staff and Maintenance insanely helpful and nice. Sometimes not reachable right away but hundreds of residents vs handful of staff. -TWO pool areas that are always kept nice and clean -No troubles/cops always here to show it's a bad area -Overall cleanness of complex is well kept, not perfect but not dirty by any means -Units very spacious and so are garages -Using an app to unlock gates is pretty cool, it was unfunctional in the past but has been fixed Cons: -Color layout in pictures here looks better than in person. Pictures show brown color scheme, in person is light grey and blue. [I prefer the ones in the picture as personal opinion.] -Dog park is meh. Split into two sections: Section 1 is half grass and half stickers. Section 2 is half grass and half dirt/rocks. -TOWING. Insanely strict, not even my visitors feel comfortable with how strict parking is here. They give you guess parking passes but at times more visitors exceeds passes. Parking in general is up tight. -Gym is descent, does the job but equipment/layout could use an update/refresh. - More community events for residents would be nice Summary. This use to be a top 5 choice for me and has gone up to top 3 choices around this area for price/size/feature. Side note: I will update this accordingly the longer I reside here. First update was 12/6/22 and second one as of 3/9. (I delete everything and keep review as current as possible)
