Tried using Gray Star’s new and installed auto pay for paying rent on time . Entered in private financial information and the Gray Star computer system crashed. No explanation from management or Gray Star on auto pay services. Had to hand carry my rent check to the office. Gray Star needs to respect the right to financial privacy and not launch their inept computer programs that crash. (Need Professionalisms)

Lived in Tacara in NB. Nice features, but you can hear your neighbors whispering in the apartment next to you.. really, I could hear ppl taking on their phones. The WORSE part, I rented for a year, signed on for another term, then covid hit. I lost my job. Gave them my 60 day notice per the contract, paid for my rent (even though I moved out). They ended up charging me $5000 because I moved out early, even though I gave them notice and paid my rent. They would not work with me even though we were in the middle of a pandemic and I lost my job due to covid. They sent me directly to credit collection, meaning I cannot rent another apartment. Bad enough to lose a job because of covid, but to also lose your home shows a lack of empathy on their part.

Lived at an apartment complex which this company owns for about 13 months,Did my lease with no problems ,a year later I get a hit on my credit report that a collection has started reported by greystar real estate for the amount of 204 dollars for dirty carpet and unpaid electricity bills New Braunfels utilities…I was already cleared by NBU and no debt was owed ,I have a copy of my final bill …ruthless and heartless..never once was I notified of any issues..no phone call ,no email no us mail.probably to cheap to buy a stamp,they had no right to report this to the Credit bureaus,I am in the process of obtaining legal advice ,I actually had a 5star google review on this apartment complex..Tacara West Point in NB..man what a stab in the back…….

Rent at Exeter Place & worst service EVER! I have an ant infestation and after a week later nothing has been done. Savannah also listenes to rap while in the office, how professional! Be careful with talking to management because you'll get eyerolls and attitude. No guest parking which makes it hard for residents to find parking so be prepared to park on the other side of the complex!

Greystar has not sent me my deposit back for my apartment for 6 months. Ive been dialing them twice a week. Actually went to their office, no one was there. Their phone system auto hangs up. Hello! Hello?! This organization is incompetant and they casually steal money without any recourse. The only remedy is to take them to court.
