Emery was great! Went out of her way to show me the floor plan of my future apartment! Very pleased! Mary the Mgr, Quinn and Albert are all a fantastic Team! I feel comfortable with them! Good place to live and a Team to have to deal with!

I want to congratulate the maintenance team that worked with me throughout the emergency on Saturday evening in my apartment( at 11:00 pm!!!) when my water heater broke. I called the emergency number, and Mr. Albert promptly handled the situation. Today, the maintenance team replaced the water heater tank with a new one first thing in the morning. I want to express that I am pleased with the service provided in this situation; it was resolved promptly and efficiently. We are pleased with their work, and a big shout out to Mr. Albert, who came to the rescue Saturday evening.

FRAUD BEWARE! The units are dirty, grimy and disgusting... They charged me $7K even though I never lived there 1 day. I'm suing and I suggest you do your homework on this property.

Its been over almost 3 yrs since we applied and got denied. I wasnt aware that our payment hadnt gone through then despite receiving receipts via email and account balance 0$ as per management after we were denied but it didnt and instead of informing us about the issue not going through they instead send acct balance straight to collections within a few months of applying. Applied in may 2021, collections acct shows opened in July 2021. No letter no phone call nothing. Wouldnt have even noticed if it werent for applying for another apartment 2 yrs later and being denied for it! So thank you for great communication Toscana. Heres your owed money $$$ but first some advice. Communication skills are important other wise youre just a thief like the rest of them! 1 star for lack of communication despite it being yrs later. Sorry not sorry
