Kids weilding Plastic hammers on the patio, dangerous noise levels threatened to burst my ear drums. Paco brought the whole tribe in tow again. Please. Just leave the kids with Tia or Abuela, my Lord the cacophony

Very disappointed. This place came highly recommended and after seeing the reviews I was excited to go there with the family. We called ahead to see if we could reserve seats since we were going to have a big party. We were told no, it’s first come first serve. We were okay with that but after we arrived (4pm) and started ordering drinks... 20 min later we were told that we were going to have to move by 6 because they had a party of 20 coming in... WHAT???? I told them that we had called and were told we couldn’t reserve a spot so why was the other party able to.... of course they were all confused and didn’t know who or why we were told that. But since it was right after 4... we figured we Had plenty of time... WRONG!! There was 18 people in our party and our food was served 2 orders at a time. So by the time 2 more orders came out the others were finished eating. No one ate together..... so now it’s 6:30 and my husband still hasn’t got his food along with 3 others in our party. The Philly cheesesteak was served on regular white bread, my sons bacon wasn’t cooked, the Mac and cheese tasted like it was made with Rico’s cheese. And we never received our appetizers. When we talked to the manager he seemed bothered that we had a valid complaint... his answer was “ just tell me what I need to do for you “ and it was definitely not sincere. He tried to blame the server, which even if it was her fault was unprofessional (Unless she’s the cook and manager it wasn’t her fault) He then said “all I need to know is what you’re missing from your order” Not one time did I speak loud or rude, I quietly addressed my concerns because I feel you accomplish more when you are friendly. I will never go back to this establishment, it was nothing like I expected, it was horrible! Oh and after reviewing the order that our server placed..... it was all correct so it was definitely not her fault. And another server said.... oh this place is horrible in the kitchen and I’m looking for a new job. No one back there knows what they are doing. #firstandlastime

The Lava Lamp cocktail is my favorite. The onion chips needed salt and the poblano burger was dry. Great drinks! (Plenty of places nearby to eat)
