My mother's transfer to a rehabilitation center was such a smooth transition. The gentleman and female were extremely patient and caring for my mother. My mom has anxiety and they were very considerate of her needs.

Freedom Hospice sent Superior Care Ambulance to come get a family member from home on Saturday to take her to a nursing facility for a respite stay. The situation was difficult for both elderly caregiver (her sister) and elderly patient. She had been refusing treatment and was adamant about not leaving home or allowing any help in the home. She was acting out against loved ones making it very difficult for the family to make decisions in her best interest. Your staff showed up and immediately showed compassion and patience. Their demeanor, professionalism and basic human kindness made for a successful transition, as they were able to gain the trust and respect from both the patient and caregiver. Thank you for making such a wonderful impression, and thank you for helping us during this time of crisis. Your service has not gone unnoticed.
