So thrilled to have come across Blueline Ac and heating in my hour of need. Came home after a long day at work to find my AC had stopped working sometime during the day making my inside temperature a hot 90 degrees. I called blue line and a technician was at my home in less than 30 minutes. JC evaluated the situation and found a clogged drain which tripped the flow switch sensor causing my system to shut down. Within a few minutes JC rebooted my entire system and cold air started Moving through my home again. I appreciate JCs knowledge about maintaining my system and got me signed up for a yearly maintenance plan. I feel comfortable that my ac will keep running efficiently and effectively for years to come! Another joy to interact with was the office manager Amanda, she was patient and knowledgeable about the services offered. She signed me and a friend up for the yearly maintenance plan. Took care of us at the same time and we now both have our ac units cared for. With this south Texas heat we need that comfort.
