They may be quick and easy but they sure as hell aren’t cheap or worth the headache. I will not file through them again. Not only did they charge me almost $500 in fees for 2 w2’s but they conveniently forgot to submit my return, so now it will be even longer before I get my refund. I filed on Jan 31, by feb 14th it still showed on the irs website that there was no info for my refund so I finically called them, and she told me that it hadn’t even been submitted. The lady who started my refund couldn’t remember what to do or how to do it, another lady finished it for her, we got there at 4 pm and didn’t walk out until almost 7:30, all just from them trying to do my return, and then still charged me almost $500 to do it. So not impressed.

Will never go back again went in because of the advance they give u on ur income tax, lady finished my taxes and then oh I'm sorry I forgot. form was already sent and spent $223 on something that I could have done at home for $20
