I was standing at the door of this facility he looked at me and locked the door got back to the register before 6 pm on a Saturday and still told me he couldn't open the door I've bought a ps5 from this location and the controller had a drift on the joystick. I've also bought a laptop and heater from this store after I buy this last item from this store it has lost my business

Very sad got an iPad it didn't work and they won't even help you or refund your money the manger is a prick don't go here they will rob you will never give my money to you again lol

I like a few of the staff, however, I bought an optic there, brand new in box, not a pawn, got it home and found it did not work for my firearm, brought it back less than 24 hours later, they said they couldnt do anything but buy it back, for more than $100 less than what I had just paid the day before. I really had no choice but to accept it, as it was completely useless to me, I ended up putting that money down on a rifle they had in stock, as the days went by and the more I thought about it, the angrier I became, that was a total rip off, they put it back in the shelf and sold it as new again. Ive spend a lot of money there, I always had something on layaway, never missed a payment and always stayed ahead, as a collector, as soon as I pay one off, I put money down on the next one. Unfortunately, that hundred dollars cost them the thousands I would spent over time. I will never step foot in there again, or any other cash America, they can keep the money I put down on the other rifle. I wouldnt give them another penny. Please stay away from this place. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
