Customer service was unsatisfactory, got 2 new phones while feeling the guy didn't want to do his job. Got the 2 phones done, activated, paid and left. Got home and tried to use one of the phones and I couldn't make any calls. Had to call 611 to resolve the issue, the phone was not completely setup so I had to figure it out on the phone with a representative for 20 minutes.

This place is the worse. Absolutely horrible customer service, the store manager Justin is rude and you can't even understand what's he's telling you. Have the worse experience ever in my many years of service.
