Royse City Post Office

Why do people hate this post office? Some of the nicest postal employees i have ever dealt with and yall are complaining because it takes time for your new constriction home address to be recognized, grow up.

I have lost two important mails, one from IRS and the other from USCIS. I don't know if they need to higher a new mail person? My street is Evergreen st, but the mail person would always confused and send to Englewood Dr. Does these two sound the same? Ridiculous!. I have also gotten several mail from Englewood Dr which is not mind. I swear do they need glasses? Can this be address? Do you know what it cost to loose these mails? This is some crazy service with usps in Royse city. If I could give zero review I would. Missing mails sent to the wrong address all the time. I signed up for informed delivery via email. It tells me all the time I'm expecting a mail and when I go to check nothing is there. For weeks nothing is there.. ridiculous!

Customer service is always great and the employees are always very pleasant and helpful. Michelle's service has always stood out to my husband and I, definitely our favorite employee.

If it could be ZERO, it would. Called a dozen times, rings for 4 minutes, then disconnects with no option for vm or call back. They answered the first time, but not since. Also failed to deliver multiple packages several times in the same week as they are to lazy to walk to the door (go past the mailbox). Wow... all I can say, wow. Now I will drive 20 minutes to ask the questions I'm calling about... how about a new supervisor, that actually cares and does the job like a pro?
