I purchased a 2006 Jeep wrangler from Red Rock in January 2019. Whole process was really smooth. Sales man was firm but fair and very nice to work with. I have had no issues with my purchase. They are very upfront and honest in my experience.

I'm not normally a person who writes reviews but I feel I should share my Red Rock experience in case anyone is interested. The good: the transaction went well. I'm in the Northeast so the Jeep had to be shipped to me and that was a bit of an ordeal but only because of the shipper. When I finally got it after a nervous week it was as described: the body is in very good shape for its age, the frame rust-free, and the interior is in beautiful condition. The Jeep starts and runs flawlessly and goes down the road straight and solid. The electronics all are fine (even the subwoofer!) so no problems there. Really looks and drives nice. The bad: it needed a few things right off. The track bar was sketchy, a sway bar link was shot (and clunking over any bumps), and the serpentine belt had about had it but they were easy and relatively inexpensive fixes. I really couldn't expect Red Rock to replace those things but it would have been nice if they had. The ugly: and the ugly is very ugly. It came off the truck with a bad clutch, and the front drive shaft CV joint is shot. The rattling noise from the clutch throw-out bearing and the angry birds sound of the drive shaft are loud and can easily be heard, and I just can't understand how Red Rock would gloss over those things first (did they think I wouldn't notice?), and then follow up by denying anything was wrong when the Jeep left Texas. Just left me with a bad taste. Now I know "buyer beware", "never trust a car dealer", "don't ever buy a car without seeing it first" - that's all great stuff to say. But I looked for a long time for a nice TJ Rubicon up here where I live and they are non-existent so I took a chance. And don't get me wrong, I love the Jeep. I've just had to put a couple thousand into it to get it right. In the end I got a nice Jeep I will undoubtedly be buried in but it came with a few issues. And I'll do this again in a few years when my daughter starts driving (she wants a Wrangler - smart girl) but I'll definitely be buying from a different dealer. So that's my Red Rock story. Most of the reviewers here are very happy with them and you will probably be happy too. They're very nice people. I just won't trust them again.
