Horrible communication!!! Our adjuster never answered his phone, never responded to emails or text messages and was arrogant... The insurance company sent them the final payment that we needed to close out the contract with the GC and they sat on the check for nearly a month without endorsing it or responding to emails in regards to why we hadn't received the final check.

Alliance was great to work with! They were quick to get out, organize the clean up and get the other party out to review the claim. The office communicated all the step in the process so i was well informed and was able to settle swiftly so I could get my house back in order. Thanks Jim and staff!
