I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. Great experience!!! Everyone was awesome. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever! Was traveling and needed to see a dentist for a broken tooth. Was very clear on the phone what I needed done and what my situation was. I was assured they would be able to help me. Once I got there they were zero help. In fact, did absolutely nothing for my tooth. But they were sure to take a million X-rays and scans of all of my other teeth and mouth and have a dental hygienist evaluate me and charge my insurance. Zero help and a complete waste of my time. Call center is a joke and there is a complete disconnect between them and the actual office. The office manager was very kind and apologetic. He was the only good thing about the experience.

This office is shady. They told my daughter to remove her invisalign braces to get crowns when she hasnt even had a major cavity at 20 years of age. She has no need for a crown at all, no grinding, no issues. Shes been in the care of other dentists and her orthodontist who says her teeth are great, just a bite adjustment. This is just wrong!!! Also we were given a verbal price for whitening for our son and the bill came in three months later for double the cost. They said they misquoted and could do nothing about it. Each family member that went in (all four), were given a list of thousands of dollars of things they wanted us to do for our mouths. No cavities really, just upgrades but this makes you feel you look horrible, have bad teeth and are just horrible about your dental hygiene. Again no cavities! Then you were pressured by the main dentist to listen to her or you didnt care about your dental health. Very strange vibe there. The rest of the staff were nice, but this office is running a scam. We have used other Aspen Dental offices in Georgia and Missouri without any problems. Dont use this office!!!!! Avoid at all cost.
