    Think carefully when moving here, the administration constantly lies, one day they say a price and the next day they increase the value of everything by a lot and when you go to complain about something they say that it was a misunderstanding, they apologize but they always get their way They do not put anything in writing to take advantage of the situation, I am currently living here, desperate for me to fulfill my contract to leave and never return. Very bad place to live and not to mention the dog poop everywhere and you go and complain in the office and they do absolutely nothing. I don't have enough words to describe so many bad things that we have gone through here.

    Beware don't rent here, Kisha the manager and Josiah, took pleasure in saying my application was approved multiple times and then saying it was still half done, I was told I could pick up keys and then when I got there I couldn't because again my application was not again completed, luckily I didn't have movers waiting, I did however have to cancel the movers due to the incompetence of these people. I called home office never heard back, so clearly the manament company improves of this inappropriate behavior.Never got to see the apartment because Josiah Brought the wrong keys and laughed about it while my elderly mom was with me in the freezing cold. I did get to see the outside walkway of the apartment was covered in the neighbors trash making almost impossible to get to the front door anyways. I was also told so many different rent amounts and move in cost they just asked for more and more money. Even now that I dodged a bullet by canceling they are still asking for more money! And didn't return my deposit! Money well lost if you asked me, unfortunately the other 1 star reviews are true.

    Best apartment Ive lived at in all of Austin in 8 years. Maintenance is excellent, so friendly, efficient & helpful! neibors keep to themselves for the most part but are friendly also.

    My son recently moved out of this complex and I am glad he did. Springs has caused nothing but troubles for him. They are constantly mistreating their tenants are very shady. Their maintenance crew are constantly changing, meaning they have high turnover with their employees - very big concern. The property is very poorly maintained and dirty. They use situations such as storms as laughing situations instead of insuring their tenants are safe and protect. I am glad he moved out of there. Definitely would never recommend anyone to live here. Their management is very poorly handled.
