No one to answer questions. The HOA payment portal is down or has old information, which means you can't pay your dues on time, leading to late fee charges.

Have spent HOURS trying to reach them.. they do not return emails OR answer the phone. I have the receipts.

Our builder decided to work with PS Property Management and they are horrible. I honestly get the impression they don't want to even work. Every time there has been an issue regarding billing or a maintenance ticket I am always the one to have to track them down to get a response/update. Unprofessional, unorganized, and overpaid for doing nothing. It took 2 years to get them to share the financials which were supposed to be posted every month for transparency. In 3 years they are having their 2nd meeting with the residents to go over issues because they keep getting complaints. I missed the first meeting because the Zoom link didn't work and when I asked to see the meeting minutes or recording all I got was a slide deck with no additional context. I hope the builder switches to another company because not one resident feels we get any value out of paying this company. Avoid this company!
