Waited an hour after placing my online order for it to finally be ready. My order wasnt a big order. It was just one pizza with a side of breadsticks.
When it was finally ready, we werent alerted that it was ready for pickup like it usually does on the app. After coming home from picking up our order, I checked the app to see what time our order had been ready for pickup, and it read that it was Still in ovenwell over 45 minutes after picking it up.
Im not sure if this is normally a busy location or not, which I understand if it is, but they also seemed to be short-staffed too. Im not horribly angry about the time it took, but Im more frustrated at how their system is set up with inaccurate pick-up times and such.

Ordered grubhub. Took 2 hours. Both pizzas EXTREMELY undercooked. Breadsticks were undercooked and didnt include the marinara sauce. Everything in the trash. DONT spend money here.

Very poor service; pizza was supposed to be picked up at certain time and wasnt ready; the person attending the front desk (without apologizing) said I needed to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be ready!
If the order is being made online and is requested by a due time, the company should commit on giving the product at the agreed time!

Ive tried coming here so many times. Dozens of people waiting. Two people working. One worker making pizzas. No hot and ready pizzas ever available. Never coming back again.
