My headaches got worse after getting adjusted by this guy. He thinks the earth was created only 2000 yrs ago. He once invited me (I'm a guy) after hours to his office to show me how I can earn more money. I thought that was fishy and didn't show up and never went back to that place again, I've been better ever since.

This is the first chiropractor that could make me walk and feel better the same day as the treatment. I get a pain down my leg and my hips get lopsided every couple of months and he works a miracle every time. I should go for regular maintenance but I only go as needed.

the office told me they take aetna insurance, and told me a new customer visit would cost $40. they insisted on taking xrays, which raised the price for insured customer to $40. they didn't put on a lead vest before snapping photos, but did take my glasses off and forgot to give them back before i left. after 2 hrs in the office, i forgot i wasn't wearing them also. total office visit ended up costing me $179. my insurance covered nothing. in addition to that, the reason i went to the office was because my shoulder fell slightly out of socket. after 2 hrs in the office, no progress made on the shoulder. next time i'm going to a legitimate office, that knows how to utilize insurance, lets me leave with my belongings, and helps with my issue...or at minimum, tells me the truth if they can't. editing this response because i'm seeing other feedback from other (women) patients that dr. carlson seemed inappropriate in his demeanor. uncomfortable touching, unnecessary undressing, etc. i felt the same way as a man. i have seen nearly a dozen chiropractors over the past 15 years, and nobody has ever made me feel this uncomfortable. i didn't comment on this in my initial review as i am also a man and know he is married, but do feel that they crossed a line with physical contact and public display of unnecessary skin.

Carlson doesn't seem to know Chiropractry, when he adjusted something, something else would become unaligned.
