Lone Oak Apartments

Absolutely LOVE my apartment!!! It feels like home! The staff is amazing, ALL of them! I appreciate how clean it is kept, I can actually sit on my balcony or by the pool and enjoy being outside. Ive been here for a year and have recently made the easy decision to renew my lease at Lone Oak. I love it here. Why would I ever leave! The staff feels like family and they do so much for their community.

Arissa was great! She was so friendly and patient. You could feel she truly did care and made us feel right at home.

This community was extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The office staff was accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and to my kids school. Loved all the amenities they had to offer.

Office and management is just ok. Not meeting expectations whatsoever and it doesnt matter what I say manager or else will have there own opinion facts is they are unfair with so many things going on on the apartments, they will definitely tell you argue with you about leaving boxes out of the apartment for you to throw yourself out on the recycling but they will still charge you 25 dollars for a bag that was tied up and in order. no overweight or nothing then they will say it was a mistake it wasnt the problem of the bag being tied so so many errors we and a few more are just tired, I hope I could deduct from my rent when I see the gym dirty and nasty with a lot of dog hair. It would be so cool to deduct money from details like that but Im not allowed of course. My review for maintenance people is the best! They are on top of it .. other than that I will and move from here. And its disappointing because at the end of the day you are paying on time and trying to be as good resident as you can.have a blessed day!
