The Round Rock location is the worse! They are so rude and they are VERY dishonest! I had to get my Congressman involved in my complaint with them and his office tried contacting them, as well as the home office, ROTECH, on numerous occasions leaving them several voice-mails with no return phone calls. They also sent numerous emails thinking once they saw the Official Seal of Texas, they might respond then. After about three weeks that actually received a reponse, which by then you would think they would've got their lies straight, they did not. They only made themselves look more like the incompetent lying company that they are. Unfortunately, I have to depend on oxygen to breathe. When I signed up with Triple A, I made sure that they were aware that I have to travel to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota at least once a month sometimes twice a month. This requires me to travel with a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC), airline travel guidelines. Triple A assured me that would NOT be a problem, as I have insurance that will cover it. During the times I was going back and forth and ordering my monthly oxygen, the local staff was always rude and acted as if I, as a customer was always putting them out, all but the delivery driver. Well, I had returned from my second visit from Mayo and promptly returned my POC to the Round Rock location. When I arrived home later that day I received a phone call from my Neurologist at Mayo stating, that they had found a spot on my brain that looked suspicious and needed be to return ASAP. I immediately called Triple A and explained the situation and Jenny told me, that they no longer were going to supply POC's to their patients and they had already sent them all back to their warehouse/main office. I'm in total shock, I don't know what I'm going to do! I call my insurance company and my doctor, they both informed me legally they can't do that without notifying you in writing you first, just like when your insurance company no longer covers a certain medication, they have to give you a notice so you can get with your doctor to find a new medication in that drug class. Also, Triple A had won the bid for providing oxygen needs for my insurance company, so they can't just decide to back out whenever they feel like it, or in their case, I guess they did. So, I call Triple A back and shared with her the information I had learned and her response was, "It's not like we took your medication away from you" Really? No, just my ability to breathe, obviously no big deal to her. I spent 2 days calling DME companies as did my Pulmonologist office only to find out, you can change Durable Medical Equipment Provider's, but to get a POC to travel with you have to be a patient for 30-60 days. So where did that leave me? I could buy one or rent one out of my own pocket. Now remember earlier Triple A said they sent ALL their POC's back to their warehouse? Funny thing, when I don't have any choice but to deal with them, I call them back and ask them if they sell POC's, they tell me they can sell me the used one that I've been using...this is now 4 days later... Since then my insurance and doctor office has been looking into purchasing me one and how much my out of pocket would be. To get it approved would take at least 3 more weeks and I need to get back to Mayo. New units are 2495.00. So being in a desperate situation, I ask Triple A how much exactly would the USED unit cost? She starts talking to Weldon, and she said "they" would sell it to me for 2995.00. I said for a used unit? She said, yes. I said that's more than they cost new, she said, "take it or leave it." This is the short version, I could go on and on about my visits there, phone calls that you have to make to them to get your equipment and how they're supposed to make montly deliveries and they refuse too, how their corporate office lied to me, I called them to pick up their equipment and it's been a month and it's still here, so they can bill me, I'm sure. Bottom line, this company is TRASH!! They do NOT care about you as a person!!!

A $2,000 lesson to get everything in writing. These people, esp Tami / Tammy and Jeff are rude, unprofessional and will lie right to your face! Unbelievable. How this place is still in business and doesn't have a lawsuit against them, I have no idea. Just straight-up lied to me and then pretended they didn't know who I was or what they had promised me. Disgraceful.

Round Rock location is good. Unlike the Austin (Lamar) one.

Rude receptionist at the Lamar location. Hangs up on you. Says she'll have someone call back...never does. Consistently rude and bungling. My mask didn't work out for me and she seemed to take it personally. "It's only four hours!!!" "Did you even try??" Etc. Like, trying to shame me that the mask didn't work! Then, it comes out that they gave me the wrong system! Instead of an apology, I got a promise and a handshake. Both of which ended up costing me ...

If this place was not convenient to go to I would go elsewhere. Do not like anyone I came in contact with, they spent all their time taking calls while I was waiting for a piece of equipment. When I asked how much longer it would take the lady finished a call and then picked up my husbands nebuliser which she had had sitting on her desk while I was ignored.
