        Great place, good community, amenities are good for families. The elementary is ranked high, my kiddos have all gone there and it's been a good experience. Housing is climbing in price but is not to crazy here. They are expanding and building more all around this area. It's a great location for shopping, Old Settlers, baseball stadium, and the water park.
