Wow, so impressed with Luis and the team at Chic Flooring. Luis was very knowledgeable and helped us choose just the right product for our home and budget. On top of that the Chic team expertly took care of our other repairs with drywall patching, paint, and trim work. The scheduling was a breeze and way quicker than expected. I'll definitely use them again for residential and commercial jobs.

The ladies at Chic where great to work with. They worked with me and my installer to be sure we had everything we needed. Sent me numerous samples up against the stain of the walls so I could really see what I was getting. We took the floors two hours away and got the material from Chic simply because the price was best and the help we received was un matched. I would like to thank my "Chicks" and Chic Blake Henderson

I had my floors redone and they look amazing. Luis and his crew did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Chic Flooring.

I can’t say enough about what a bad experience it was to hire Chic Flooring to do our kitchen remodel. Absolutely abismal communication throughout the project from everyone we dealt with. The project was over a month late, which we somewhat expected from a remodel. The lasting problem is the quality of the work. After an exhausting three months dealing with unprofessionalism at every level, we’re now left with a “new” vent that was literally installed and held together with duct tape and our old floor boards, painted cabinets that are already chipping and peeling, shelves that we’re hung crooked, and a gorgeous countertop slab that was haphazardly cut, leaving the most beautiful portion of the veining out. Worse, Chic refuses to deliver our excess countertop material to us, saying it’s been lost. This place seems to benefit from the fact that there is always another customer in the busy Austin market. I will never hire them again and wouldn’t recommend them for even the smallest job.
