Great Oaks Dentistry - Closed

I had been in severe pain for a couple of days in my temple which resulted in my going to immediate care then seeking someone to look into my jaw area better. The staff was very considerate and kind which is something you dont see much with a new account/stranger. Within a couple of xrays they found the issue and provided me with immediate relief from my pain. I have now switched to them for my full time dentistry as their passion and knowledge was very welcome to someone who fears dentists. Its something you need to do, so why be anxious? They will listen to any of your fears and find ways to put you at ease. Go, make appointment!

Dr.Vu and Liz are sooooooo great!!! So professional and puts any anxiety at ease, if any. Did I say he is a magician with the tools?!! I did not feel a thing!!! Recommend him to everyone!!!

Never been here, and probably never will. The lack of professionalism in cancelling my oral surgery at the very last minute after I was approved for time off from my job, without a fallback date that is ASAP and now I can't get an appointment for an entire month somewhere else!

I am very fortunate to have found Great Oaks Dentistry. I had a front tooth filling break with less than 3 weeks until my daughter's wedding. I thought It was enough time for my regular dentist to have a crown made, but it wasn't and I had only a temporary crown, which wouldn't do for wedding pictures, believe me. I searched for a local dentist that could fit me in quick enough to get fixed up in time. I called Great Oaks Dental because they had good reviews, and explained my situation. Even though I had never been a patient of theirs, they said they would be glad to help me...the same day!!! Amazing!! They are all such nice people there and very understanding of my situation. Dr Hooty, great name by the way, is really precise with the instruments, which makes it painless. He has state of the art equipment and is very skilled at using it. He is a very modern dentist. Everybody on his staff are friendly and very good at what they do. The crown matched perfectly, which is hard to achieve in a front tooth. Well my wife and I are switching to Dr. Hooty and his great staff to be our dental care specialists from now on. I highly recommend Great Oaks Dentistry for anyone that is looking for a great dentist and team!!

Dr. Hooty and staff are very customer service oriented. I was in desperate need of pain relieve and in need of a root canal along with a built in house crown. So no down time or waiting for a crown to built elsewhere. Dr. Hooty is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. I had to return because I had residual pain and he took great care of me without a question! Thank you Great Oak staff for taking great care of me!
