I tried to get an apartment with this company. Claim their second chance apartment company. Explained from the beginning of the application process that I couldn’t afford to lose any money. I explained to the assistant manager over and over again that my credit wasn’t perfect at all. She explained that they give second chances. All I need to do is give my deposit and application fee. I did as requested and they still denied me and kept all my money. Very greedy company. Refused to give me any part of my money. I end up losing over $400 with this crooked company. With these times being hard because of covid19. And many people having hardship, they really didn’t care about anyone else, but self. Very selfish company. Beware of lies and deceit from this company. $400 for an apartment I never stepped foot in or even got a chance to lease.
