This is an awesome story! However Jessica was the Selling agent to a home my friends was going to buy! My friends had all the money needed for their down payment and closing cost. Which totaled $20k! Jessica was unwilling to work with them with their closing cost. Jessica made comments to their realtor stating "If your clients cannot afford it and we should have taken the other deal! That's fine my friend decided to pay everything and asked for no favors from Jessica! They paid for the inspection and appraisal as expected. However when the appraisal came back on the home it reveal that the home was over priced by $14k! The Sellers and Jessica was unwilling to work with my friends and decrease the price to the appraisal amount wanting for my friends to go into the house upside down! The lender will only cover what the house is worth so not only was Jessica not willing to work with them on their closing cost but now wanted them to bring an additional $14k to closing totaling 34k! Jessica continue to make what I would consider racially insensitive comments regarding my friends credit standards and ability to afford the home at 1111 Mule Deer Dr. Jessica's was pleasant at the beginning but her entire tone changed when she realized that my friends and their realtor was black! She became extremely rude and insensitive. Her follow up became slow and sporadic! My friends expected to close on their existing home but had to rapidly cancel the deal on their end! This has cost my friends a great deal of time and money that they will never received back. Great Job! Thank you Jessica!

I work in the industry and had to work with her. Jessica is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to work with. If I stated all of the malicious things she did during my experience with her, she wouldn’t have a job. She is putting her broker and clients at great risk with her lack of professionalism. I would never recommend her

We were the seller and JHG was representing the buyer. Displeased as seller and for the buyer! 1. JHG jumped in after we’d already started negotiating with the buyer. Had they not gotten involved the home would have been sold 3 weeks earlier and $18,000 less. We got the better end of that stick. 2. Contract sent for buyer review and JHG did not deliver comments until literally 30 minutes before deadline 5 days later. The buyer was then angry at us for not being able to make our revisions and return within the 30 minutes left. We had to add a 24 hour extension to review and return paperwork (of which only took us 2 hours). JHG had also incorrectly completed the paperwork incorrectly. 3. Day of sale we walked the property to ensure we’d cleared out everything and were FLOORED to find that the seller had removed 2 trees from the property. This made us extremely vulnerable had the sale not gone through or someone been injured on the property. We were NEVER asked for permission and JHG obviously did not educated the buyer that this is a significant no-no. We nearly cancelled the sale and pressed charges on the buyer. 4. The buyer failed to have all the correct paperwork at closing and we of course had a letter drawn up to ensure we were not held responsible for contractors on the property without our permission prior to sale. JHG complained about being required to return to the closing location to sign the added paperwork. In summary, JHG cost their buyer $18,000 and several weeks of time. They were incompetent when it came to paperwork and client management. I recommend using someone more knowledgeable for such a significant transaction.
