image I would not recommend staying here especially if you are traveling with kids. We pulled in and I went to check in. There were some sketchy people walking around so that shouldve been my first red flag. Online I booked a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. I was told that kind of room doesnt exist so we were put in a room with one double bed and pullout couch. I had my mom and 3 young kids with me so obviously booked the room I booked for a reason. The guy at the front desk did say that he would change our room to a double if that wasnt enough space so Ill give them that. Went through the doors to get on the elevator and was immediately hit with the smell of pot. Got off on the second floor and there was trash on the floors (used floss picks, paper, etc.). Tried to ignore that because we were just planning to stay one night. Got into the room and there was no soap or anything in the bathrooms. The faucet in the shower constantly dripped. It was 10:00 so we decided to try and stick it out for the night. Got my kids laid down and the people above us were so loud that it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Looked at my mom and said we cant stay here all night so gathered our things and went back downstairs to leave. Told the guy at the front desk we were leaving and he said no problem I can take care of that. He checked us out and I asked for a refund of my money and was told they have a no refund policy. We were there all of about 15 minutes and he claimed there was no way to get my money back. Thats ridiculous. I guess since the condition of the hotel is so bad they have to take peoples money in order to make money somehow. Left and went to a different hotel almost right next door and it was a night and day difference. Save your money and dont waste it by booking here.

image I was visiting a friend named Justin I was there for a couple of days and noticed that a short women was being rude to the Front Desk Attendant it sucks that some people are so Bias when all she was doing was giving her a compliment please do us all a favor and post a sign for guest or guests to not be rude to the hotel staff when its every unprofessional when your white red head that was not being rude to be treated in this form or fashion she was only complimenting and doing her job please let her know that some of us do observe and appreciate her kindness and taking her job seriously Thank You so much I look forward to coming back for my stay
Safety: The staff tried to keep people from coming in the door with a rock propping it open. That made me feel safe to know they were concerned about their guests safety
