I am HIGHLY impressed with Lauren's service. Lauren was extremely prompt in providing an insurance quote, addressing all questions/concerns, setting up the policies, cancelling policies with Liberty (which they have already confirmed cancellation) and within 1 day I have already received documents in the mail!! I also LOVE that Lauren organized insurance ID cards in their own plastic holders so that I can simply place each ID Card in the coordinating vehicle. I have never experienced such a seamless transition of insurance coverage and I am exceptionally grateful for Lauren's assistance.

I cant say enough about the great customer service I received from the Lauren Deen Farmers Agency. My current company had put me on ignore and I was pretty stressed out. In 1 day they took care of everything including notifying the old company I would no longer be with them. This level of service is very hard to find.
