        Let me start by saying that Ive been a customer for 45 years. Not of this brand, obviously, but of the concept. Ive patronized this particular franchise since I moved here in 2011. The quality and service are now hot trash. It pains me to say this, because I love to support businesses that are consistently consistent. This place has removed itself from any future business from me. $9 for a junior dip and a single, IN A CUP, is beyond ridiculous. The amount of ice cream was equivalent to what they wash off of the utensils they use. My reviews are 99% positive, so Im not a typical Rockwall a-hole looking for a freebie. Im just disappointed. Save your money.

        The man and woman operating the store are so friendly, patient, happy and pleasant. I take my 93 year old mother out almost every week and it's such a pleasure to go to this BandR.

        Been coming here for months now and probably some of the best employees! They are not the typical 9-5 employees if you actually have a little confidence to talk to them. They are incredibly friendly and my visit there is usually the highlight of my day!
