I stopped in this store today because I saw the 30% off sign, and had been following the sales online. This was the worst/poor customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am not one to play the race card but I was the ONLY black customer in the store. I was never greeted or even smiled at the entire 30 minutes I was there. There were employees by the door when I entered and exited. While in the store employees were arranging items next to me and never mumbled a word or ask if they could help or anything. Other non black customers were entering and the employees were greeting them and very helpful. I am not the one that writes reviews but I felt that you all needed to know as a struggling company your employees need to do better. Regardless of my skin tone my money is and always will be green and that should be the bottom line.
