AT&T Store

It was a 5 only because I can't give it a 20!! The young man Bryan Gonzales was the best customer service person I may have ever met. I am 66 and ran three Wall Street trading desks so I know about customer/client relations and this young man is a throwback to better times when people actually cared about good service. I have 4 phones, internet and Direct all through ATT and I am staying with you because of his great attitude. He should be promoted in my opinion. If I wasn't retired I would have hired him on the spot . This is the store at n. Goliad street in Rockwall texas

It was an all around a good visit I was greeted the second I walked through the door and I was assisted within 30 seconds of entering the store the gentleman that helped me very knowledgeable he seemed to be the other looked to for help or questions but anyway when we were finished witch only was about 15 mins from the time of entering the location I was finish and the gentleman that was helping even went as far as to walk me out he opens the door and walked out with me and said hope you have a nice day never have I been walked outside before sure to the door but outside no so thanks to that gentleman I tip my hat to him
