        A few days ago, our thermostat stopped working and just couldn't figure out what happened. Because our team is always busy, it never became important until about 10pm each night. Today around 10am, I remembered and called Nikki. My call was received professionally and someone was scheduled to handle it today. Around 11am, my phone rings and its Zack. He was asking a few questions and said he was on his way. Then the call... " Hey, has anyone been in the attic? because someone accidentally turned off your power to the unit." I pride myself on investigating things before calling anyone. I sure am glad I called Climate Control today, I would have never looked in the attic. Thanks for the great service, follow up, and flipping the switch.
