I've been wanting to try S&S for quite a while now and after finally eating there I realized I should have come much sooner! I went on a week day, not too long after they opened around 5pm. I was greeted warmly and seated to my table and was given a nice introduction to the restaurant since it was my first time. My server came and gave me a great overview of the menu, told me about the happy hour specials, and suggested the sampler for an appetizer. It was a nice little selection of three of their delicious appetizers. It was a toss up for what I wanted to order for the main course but I finally decided to get the Kabobs. I ordered one with steak and the other with shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly to the temperature I requested. The shrimp were a nice size and very tasty. Absolutely no complaints on the excellent service and the delicious food. They have live music Saturday night and a nice outside seating area! Will be back for sure.

Dined there last night with 6 other couples. We made reservations in advance for 14 people. It was a Thursday night - not a weekend. All of us had finished eating EXCEPT for 2 people who were still waiting on their dinner. It seems they ran out of baked potatoes so rather than letting those people know and asking for their 2nd choice..they just made them wait with no explanation . We did get a lot of apologies from the staff and owner. But Im sorry too, sorry just doesn't cut it. This situation was made even worse because they didn't even offer to not charge those 2 people for their meals. Thats right they charged them the full price..guess they weren't really very sorry. Each couple spend in excess of $100 on their meal and drinks so the restaurant would have still made a healthy profit and 14 people would be telling their friends how great this place is but instead we all left with a bad taste in our mouth. In response to the restaurant = yes you did offer a "free dessert" but NO ONE accepted your offer. That should have been a real clue to you and your staff. The 2 people were not happy but were trying to be polite as to not ruin the night for everyone else.
