Agent named Duy Duong came for my home appraisal. Totally disrespectful during the assessment and did a sloppy job in appraising the house. Pulled comps to compare houses of 1473 sq.ft to compare with 2573 sq.ft my house. I had to send him comparable sales in my area - just for the reason that he prepared the appraisal report he would not take more accurate data. His argument is my house is bigger in size compared to other neighbor houses, so he can't take houses in 0.4 miles in range.
I won't recommend them to people I know.
