Recently I bought a beautiful home in Aliana through Perry Homes construction and worked with Minh Nguyen. A very professional sales person who described everything on time and helped to achieve my dream home. He listen carefully exactly my needs and without roaming around randomly , he took me to the right homes ( designs ) , then considers the budget , he explained clearly the market . As a customer these kind of hospitality we do expect and the guidances he provided was incredible . I would recommend @ Simona Griffin as a top professional any day. Our experience with her was very pleasant. She was patient and professional and answered all of our question about the various floor-plans. Unfortunately, we didn’t use this builder. The builder we selected offered a plan that suited our needs more...

Minh Nguyen provided an exceptional customer service. He was responsive during all stages of the process and helped me alot by explaining everything nicely. Me being a first time home buyer was really pleased with his work. 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Perry homes house.
